1. General

This website is owned and operated by Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd. All references to “Adspace”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, customers, and visitors of this website. Continued use of the

site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility

Use of this website and placement of orders are restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

3. Artwork Submissions

By submitting artwork for custom 3D canvas printing, you represent and warrant that:

You are the lawful owner of the artwork or have secured all necessary rights, licenses,
The artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, moral rights, publicity rights, or privacy rights.
The artwork does not contain unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or prohibited material.

Adspace reserves the right to reject any artwork that violates these requirements or is unsuitable for production due to quality, content, or compliance concerns.

4. Artwork Submission Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork files meet the required specifications for production, including resolution, dimensions, and file format. Adspace is not liable for production issues arising from incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable files provided by the user.

5. Production Requirements

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order specifications, volume, or external factors. These estimates do not constitute a guarantee. Adspace is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, file issues, or third-party logistics.

6. Payments & Pricing

All prices are stated in SGD unless otherwise indicated and may be revised without prior notice.
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include Credit Cards and PayNow.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All products are custom-made. Accordingly:

Returns and refunds are not permitted.
Cancellations are only allowed prior to artwork submission and written confirmation.
Claims for defects or damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Adspace may, at its discretion, provide a reprint or replacement.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All purchases are conducted strictly through enquiry and quotation. Adspace does not operate a shopping cart system. Orders proceed only upon issuance of an official quotation and written confirmation from the customer.

Shipping rates are determined by delivery location, package size, and courier requirements. These rates will be stated in the quotation.

Upon confirmation of payment, Adspace will arrange shipment according to timelines provided by the appointed courier. Delivery schedules are estimates and subject to courier operations, customs processes, and external conditions.

Adspace is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from courier actions or incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technologies, design templates, production methods, and 3D canvas printing processes used by Adspace are the exclusive property of Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of these materials is strictly prohibited.
Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork but grant Adspace a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce, process, and use the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information collected through this website is used solely for order processing, communication, and service fulfilment. For detailed information on data handling, refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adspace Graphics Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, its services, or any products produced. Adspace’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. All disputes arising from or relating to the use of this website or Adspace’s services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
