1. Order Processing Time
Each 3D canvas print is made-to-order, produced with meticulous attention from the moment your design is confirmed and full payment is received.
• Standard Orders: 3–5 working days
• Custom Sizes / Bulk Orders: 5–10 working days
• Rush Orders: Available upon request (surcharge may apply)
Processing time refers exclusively to production and does not include delivery duration.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are determined based on:
• Delivery location
• Package size and weight
• Courier requirements
Your quotation will include a clear breakdown of all shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Estimated Delivery Timelines (Within Singapore)
Delivery schedules are guided by the appointed courier’s operations:
• Standard Courier: Estimated 1–3 working days after production
• Express Courier: Subject to courier availability and quoted separately
All timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier operations or external conditions.
3. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations using registered couriers with full tracking capabilities.
• Rates and delivery times vary by destination and parcel size
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient

4. Delivery Address Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please provide a complete and accurate address.
We are unable to assume responsibility for:
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses
• Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
• Losses or delays arising from third-party courier actions
This aligns with our Terms & Conditions, which state:
“Adspace is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments resulting from courier actions or incorrect information provided by the customer.”
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
If tracking details are not received within 48 hours of the expected dispatch date, please reach out to us for assistance.
