At 3D Canvas Print, every 3D embossing print is made to order and customised to your chosen design, size, and material. Because each piece is personalised, we cannot offer refunds or returns once your order is confirmed and production has started.
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the customised nature of our products:

All sales are final.

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or once a design has been approved.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include clear photos of the issue and packaging.

Our team will review your claim and arrange a reprint or replacement if necessary.
Note: Claims made after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
3. Artwork Approval
Before production, we will send you a digital mockup for review. It is your responsibility to:

Check spelling, layout, colours, and sizing.

Ensure all design elements are correct before giving final approval.
We are not responsible for any errors that were approved during this stage.
