Singapore’s 61st National Day Art Exhibition

@Great World Singapore, August 2026

Inspired by the 2026 theme, the exhibition weaves history with community voices, blends interactive displays with cultural showcases, and opens its doors to families, friends, and neighbours. Here, every story becomes a stepping stone, every encounter a reminder of how Singaporeans continue to go beyond — for one another, and for the horizon still waiting to be shaped.

At Adspace Graphics, we bring technology and artistry together. Our innovative 3D canvas printing technique transforms flat images into textured works that invite touch. We specialise in paintings and intricate architectural photography, and we’re constantly discovering exceptional talent from Singapore and around the world.

What defines our space is the way people experience art. We break the traditional “do not touch” rule — encouraging visitors not only to view each piece, but to feel its contours and connect with it through a tactile, hands-on encounter.

Kampong Living 1

As the dwellers of the traditional water village push open their weathered wooden windows, they are greeted not by the familiar sight of endless fishing boats, but by a futuristic metropolis symbolizing hope and the unknown. On one side glows the warm, intergenerational light of

heritage; on the other rises the towering vessel of a new era, braving the winds of change.

Home, Together

National Day is not celebrated only at parade grounds or iconic landmarks. It is reflected in the everyday places where Singaporeans live, work and build their lives.

As flags line the balconies of this HDB block, countless individual homes come together in a single expression of national pride. The repeating façade becomes a symbol of unity—many households, many stories, yet one shared identity.

Together, they remind us that Singapore is, above all, a nation built around home.

The Spiral Staircases of Bugis Village

Built in the 1920s to serve the practical demands of night-soil collection, these spiral staircases have outlived their original purpose. Today, preserved in vibrant pastel hues, they stand as a testament to Singapore's journey—where even the most utilitarian structures are valued as part of the nation's heritage while looking confidently towards the future.

Windows into Singapore

Rows of colourful windows breathe new life into one of Singapore's historic buildings, where heritage and modern nationhood coexist. Beneath the vibrant façade, a lone passer-by reminds us that the city's story is shaped not only by its architecture, but also by the people who move through it each day.

As Singapore celebrates her 61st National Day, this image reflects a nation that honours its past while embracing the future—where many colours, cultures and stories come together as one.
